1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or accessing the Veylora Financial portal, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, electronic disclosures, and federal banking regulations.
2. Electronic Fund Transfers & Wire Rails
Authorized transfers and wire instructions submitted through the client portal are processed using standard Fedwire and blockchain clearing channels. Clients are responsible for verifying recipient routing details and transaction PIN entry.
3. Security Responsibilities
Account holders must maintain confidential security PINs and credentials. Any suspected compromise or unauthorized activity must be reported immediately via our support gateway or through instant card freeze in the client portal.
4. Compliance & Administrative Holds
Veylora Financial maintains compliance mechanisms to detect suspicious transactions. Transactions flagged by institutional anti-fraud monitoring may be held for secondary verification or reversed with explanatory audit logs.
